We ship worldwide. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If the shipping price seems overly expensive, please Contact Us and we will look into other more cost efficient shipping methods.
International customers - The shipping amount that you pay is only for the label that we buy in order to ship your item. You are responsible for any taxes, import fees, and any other charges that are imposed by your country. We do not know what these fees may be, they are different for every country. Any questions regarding this, you need to contact your local post office or country's customs office.
Pre-orders allow you to reserve an item before it is released from the manufacturer. If you order an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, you whole order will be held until the last item is in stock. If you would like your items shipped as they arrive in stock, place seperate orders for them. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
You may return any new unopened items, or items that were damaged in transit, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please keep the original box and all packaging materials your item was shipped in.
You should expect to receive your refund within a few days after we have received it.
